Homebuyers looking for Naples Florida homes for sale have been going on a real estate shopping spree.

As of January 16, 2009, the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR) report showed sales have increased 33% for the past eleven months in Collier County (excluding Marco Island).

This increase in home sales is a good sign sellers have Naples homes for sale priced right.  As homebuyers go on a buying spree there are fewer homes to choose from.  The average days on the market have reduced to 156 days which is a decrease of 23% over December 2007 figures.  Click here to: Read the entire NABOR News Release. 

Naples home sales in 2008 included:

• The greater Naples area showed a 100% increase of overall pending home sales
• Home sales priced less than $300,000 showed a 304% increase in sales
• Single-family pending home sales increased 158%
• Condos sales increased 46%, while those priced under $300,000 had an increase of 165%
