Bartley Realty Services announces Collier County foreclosure rates have increased.  Buyers who are looking to cash in on lower priced homes can find many incredible deals.  Many of our foreclosed listings are receiving multiple offers above the asking price.  I fully expect this trend in Collier County to continue into the near future.  Banks will need to price their foreclosed homes (assets) fairly in the market for this trend to continue.
