I wanted to give you some available numbers on foreclosure trends here in the Naples Florida area. We have seen some different numbers playing with Pre-foreclosures, Auctions and Bank Owned….. 1,184 homes are in foreclosure in Collier County; that is 1 in every 164 properties which is 5,427 total with $169,726 being the average price.
